Howth: Simply Beautiful
Howth is such a gorgeous place and from Dublin, it is located only 30 minutes away by train. This village is popular among tourists, but still has a calm and tranquil atmosphere.
It was a bit cloudy when I first arrived, but I think that it made for good photography, as the clouds in the sky created a moodier and more dramatic ambience for my first few photos.
As I climbed to the top of Howth Head, rays of sun began peeking through the clouds. The journey to the top was not very difficult and very picturesque.
There are houses all along the cliff walk to the top of Howth Head; what a view they’ve got. The houses each had their own unique charm and it got so sunny at one point that I could not believe that I was in Ireland!
I so enjoyed this day not just because of the fact that the village was so wonderful, but because I made a very good friend while doing the climb. I met a super cool girl from Germany named Jana, who was travelling around Ireland with her mum. To make a long story short, we became really great friends and I ended up making a trip to Berlin and stayed with her during my time there!
