Oh Berlin… what a fascinating city. I’ve visited this Berlin three times, yet I always long to return to it. It’s creative, historic, dirty, raw, alternative and diverse. There is just something about this place that keeps me coming back. This year, I stayed near Kreuzberg, as I wanted spend more time in the east of the city.
In the day, I frequently biked around the city, caught up with friends and drank way too much coffee. During the nights, I explored the amazing nightlife that Berlin has to offer. I love electronic music, and is there any place better to fuel my electronic music addiction than Berlin? I was told that no matter what night it is, there is always a party happening in Berlin. This was absolutely true.
While hanging out with my friend Marga, she introduced me to the cute Photoautomats that are scattered across Berlin, waiting to snap some fun pictures of people. I gave it a go and I guess I was a bit too tall, because my photos turned out like this:
Honestly though, I love the way they turned out. I kind of prefer them this way, it’s more mysterious 🙂
